About WhiteSands Treatment

WhiteSands Treatment center provides an onsite detox, residential care, an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and Day Treatment (PHP) for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. They value the quality of treatment and comfortability of their patients and provide individualized treatment so that clients are able to address the underlying issues of their addictions. White Sands Treatment specializes in drug and alcohol addiction and also offers treatment for co-occurring disorders including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic relapse, codependency, depression, grief, OCD, and PTSD.
WhiteSands Treatment offers a variety of evidence-based therapies to facilitate healing including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), eye movement therapy, and motivational interviewing. Some of the holistic therapies they offer include hypnotherapy and art therapy. Each patient will have 4-5 individual and/or family therapy sessions per week. Additionally, in their life skills program, clients can learn greater time-management skills, set healthy and achievable goals, and achieve balance in their work, personal life, health, and recovery.
WhiteSands Treatment has a variety of amenities for patients to enjoy including a meditation garden, yoga center, pool, spa and salon treatments, outdoor patio, fitness center with classes, volleyball court, basketball court, and rec room. They also allow time after therapy for screen time. Patients also receive care from a nutritionist, chiropractor, and personal trainer if desired. The facility is Joint Commission accredited and accepts a variety of public and private insurances.
