Village of Hope was founded in 2008 by two pastors and is a 10-month program for adult men and women. The program focuses on building individuals up spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Throughout the program, individuals will work on establishing good work ethic, growing employment skills, inner healing, and rebuilding broken family relationships.
The first phase of the program lasts about 4 weeks and is an introduction to the Village of Hope program. During this time, they will cover Christianity and Christian living. Three weeks into the program, individuals may start having family visits. Visitors must first attend an orientation class and visits are every Sunday 2-5PM. During these visit times, families have the option of participating in “Family Recovery.” This is a 9-week course completed with the students of the program and their families.
