About Transitions Bali

Nick Messikh, the founder of Transitions, has been on his own journey of recovery for over 16 years. Nick has first-hand experience with interventions, counseling, and sober living facilities when battling his own addiction. Nick’s vision was to empower clients to be responsible for their own recovery and lives, thus starting Transitions in beautiful Bali, Indonesia. Transitions is a sober living home for men and women struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions. Bali is known to be a spiritual and peaceful place full of temples, yoga, and wellness retreats. The sober living house is based in the heart of Seminyak. It is a luxury 5-bed facility that offers a structured beautiful home for recovery.
Transitions Bali has 2 programs. The sober living experience typically lasts 2-6 months and is best suited for anyone under 1 year of recovery. Their Recharge program offers shorter stays for those who have a well-established recovery. Clients in the Recharge program will stay for 1-2 weeks. The Transitions program is ideal for those who have already gone through detox and inpatient care. The program uses a combination of evidence-based therapy combined with the Minnesota model. The program covers areas such as 12-Step facilitation, individual counseling, group work, life skills, education groups, meditation and mindfulness, clean eating, personal fitness training, breath-work, and yoga.
Transitions provide a beautiful and tranquil environment needed for healing. Clients can enjoy private bedrooms, gourmet meals, laundry service, high-speed internet, a gorgeous pool, a gym membership with personal training, excursions, massages, and more. Transformations Bali is a truly unique experience that provides long lasting results.
