About The Lighthouse Retreat

The Lighthouse Retreat is a wellness program designed to help detoxify, de-stress, and rebuild. They address general wellness, weight loss, and stress with the help of a wellness coach who will assist guests in creating a healthy meal plan that includes a combination of liquid detox and plant power foods. All food is vegan and designed to optimize detox and rid stress from the body. Guests will also partake in a schedule that includes Reiki, sound healing, physical fitness, yoga, ice baths, saunas, paddle boarding, and more. A typical day starts off with morning tea and meditation, followed by paddle-boarding. After some physical activity, guests will enjoy a plant-based breakfast with detox smoothies. Sound therapy, Reiki and yoga take place after free-time and end with a nursing dinner.
The program's average length is 5-7 days although shorter and longer stays are available. The price is based on a daily basis and includes all scheduled activities, drinks, and meals - from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week. The cost of lodging is not included. Guests will stay off-site at a place of their choosing. The Lighthouse retreat is located 45 minutes from Dubai and 2 hours from Abu Dhabi. The beautiful location is immersed in nature surrounded by a beautiful lagoon. They have an on-site sauna, ice baths, yoga and a meditation room, as well as walking trails.
