This treatment center offers a bridge for women who are transitioning from hospitalization to living back in the world. Men and women can come to Gooden for concerns regarding their mental health or substance use disorders. They offer medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP) and aftercare. The treatment at Gooden is gender-specific and includes group therapy, meditation, fitness, coping and process groups, as well as 12-step support. The programs consist of 6-8 hours of classes, groups and meetings per day. Each individual is on a consistent schedule for up to 90 days in order to prepare and grow into living on their own again, but with a life of sobriety or healing. Their outpatient programs happen Monday through Friday and offer a mix of accessible and intensive care with 3 hour sessions several days a week.
