Residents must be 21 or older and either have 30 days of sobriety or be referred from a treatment program, helping ensure everyone enters with a solid foundation.

Clients heal comfortably in a private, single occupancy room featuring a cozy bedroom, ensuite bathroom, closet, own kitchenette, dining area and spacious living room. Shared spaces offer indoor and outdoor lounges, patios, a grill station, laundry facilities, and a secure gated entry with 24/7 maintenance. Children are welcome for overnight visits on weekends and holidays, and up to two pets are allowed per apartment with a one-time fee.
