Synergy’s Wentworth House helps women struggling with substance use maintain and build real‐world skills. Its flagship women's program delivers structured, 4‑phase sober living, from a 10‑day Welcome phase to long‑term independence.
The program uses active approaches like 12‑Step recovery, exercise, yoga, and art to help women heal. Staff guide residents through life skills, budgeting, course or job planning, and case management, helping them build confidence, structure, and community.
Women live in a bright, spacious home with shared community and dining rooms, and art and computer rooms to encourage creativity and independence. Meals come from cooks or are catered, and breakfast is often prepared by residents. Synergy also provides drug and alcohol testing for residents in all their programs to encourage accountability in recovery.
