This treatment center offers comprehensive care options for both clients with mental health disorders, substance use disorders or both. Their services include evidence-based treatment aimed at addressing all aspects of a person’s wellbeing: physical, emotional, psychological and social health. The detox program is available for clients who need medical assistance withdrawing from a substance. The team at Stone River believes that detox is not adequate treatment for a substance use disorder. They believe that detox should happen in conjunction with clinical care that helps clients return to a state of wellness, where they are reliant on substances.
The residential program at Stone River is typically 30 days long, however it can be tailored to the needs of each client. In the residential program, clients are introduced to a structured community approach to treatment. They also learn recovery skills to help build long-term sobriety. In the residential and outpatient programs, clients receive individual and group therapy, 12 step community meetings, life skills development, family counseling, trauma-sensitive care, parenting support and traumatic brain injury services if needed.
