About Stepworks of Nicholasville

This addiction treatment center is open to all individuals who need help for their substance use disorder. They provide a short stay detox program which can range from 3-13 days depending on severity of dependency and substance used. Some clients are well enough to leave after detoxing and return home with their sobriety, however many clients require additional treatment. They offer a 30 day detox/residential program for the majority of their clients. Each client is treated using personalized treatment plans. Clients in the residential program can expect group counseling to be the primary foundation of treatment for their recovery. Clients learn recovery skills and process the causes and consequences of their addiction. Family counseling sessions are also available to help them learn how to provide healthy support. In addition to treating the root cause and behavior of addiction, clients can learn life skills that are necessary to have in a life of sobriety.
