Clients meet 1:1 with their primary therapist twice a week, then once a week as they progress through treatment. Clients can choose their group therapies from an elective list.

Clients can live at home or in one of Steps to Recovery’s nearby sober living homes, which offer modern living spaces, tech access, and the option of a private room. Their IOP runs 3 days a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday—from either 9-12pm or 6-9pm. Clients in outpatient care meet regularly for 12-Step meetings and therapy sessions.
