About Solstice Pacific

This California-based treatment center prides themselves on considering the whole person when treating their mental health concerns. They’re a luxury residential crisis stabilization facility licensed by DHCS and DSS to treat mental illness in the short-term setting. Solstice takes a fresh approach to brain health, emotional awareness, physical care, and family resilience. Solstice Pacific was founded on a simple mission: to provide integrative and functional treatments that consider the whole person.
When clients come to their clinic, they do a thorough assessment of clients’ medical states, which includes running medical labs in order to determine if their mental health symptoms could be from nutrient deficiency, sub-optimal hormone levels, or other underlying causes. After their assessment is complete, they determine which level of care is needed, which includes crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), individual counseling and supportive living. Solstice’s standard of care and upscale setting can help clients bypass the emergency room altogether. The average length of stay in the inpatient program is 21-30 days. In addition to short-term residential, Solstice also provides day treatment, intensive outpatient program (IOP), Solstice Academy, private therapy, case management and advanced brain treatment (MeRT). Their IOP and PHP ranges from 20-35 days, and many of their clients step down from inpatient to an outpatient level of care, making the transition of treatment cohesive. By working with community agencies, Solstice Pacific is also one of South Orange County's leading geriatric psychiatry day programs. They approach each patient with warmth and empathy, and work closely with families to help reinforce their support systems. Solstice conveniently works with most insurance companies.
Solstice prides themselves on offering cutting edge treatments for their clients. For clients who have treatment-resistant depression, they provide Spravato, which is paired with holistic lifestyle changes and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). They also provide transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) which is used to address chemical imbalances in the brain and help clients find relief. They provide this treatment for patients with chronic mental health conditions, substance use concerns, autism and traumatic brain injuries (TBI). As a part of their integrative approach, they also utilize complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) which includes yoga, meditation, aromatherapy and acupuncture to name a few. Solstice Pacific is a place to get comfortable and lean on their highly acclaimed standard of care.
