Young women can attend Sandstone’s nearby day treatment to participate in individual, group, and family therapy. Sandstone Care’s therapy provides an individualized, evidence-based focus, creating unique recovery plans for clients to heal and thrive. Clients engage in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
