Sana offers a wide variety of therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), motivational enhancement framework (MET), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), stress management, 12-Step facilitation, skills-based therapies, mindfulness training, and more. Wellness is an important part of the healing process, and Sana offers personalized holistic treatments to enhance well-being and alleviate symptoms. Personalized meals are created for each client along with acupuncture sessions, yoga, fitness training, and sleep hygiene.
