About Sana House

This sober living home is a modern, residential home that is set in South Charlotte offers a serene landscape and environment for the healing process. The team of men that run the recovery residence are passionate about living lives of sobriety and desire to extend their passion to the men who live in the home. Sana House works with treatment providers, medical professionals and clinicians who can collaboratively provide individualized care. The intimate experience of housing only 5 men at a time allows for greater attention and care that are needed to thrive in recovery.
The team at Sana House is proud to provide 24/7 care for their residents. The men can receive individual, group and family therapy through their partner program Sana Counseling. The men who join Sana House receive many benefits including unlimited access to a yoga studio, membership to a YMCA, nutrition support and meals catered by a chef, in-house 12 step facilitation, case management services and quarterly family workshops. The men are additionally required to engage in frequent, random drug screenings, take medication if necessary, receive life skills support, attend daily meditation groups, attend monthly experiential outings, and participate in community service projects.
