About Relief Recovery Center

This outpatient addiction treatment center is located on beautiful Cape Cod, with property situated directly on the beach. The treatment that this center provides is evidence-based and individualized to help meet the needs of each individual that walks through their doors. By using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), clients can begin to learn new coping skills and challenge their limiting beliefs that are holding them back from happiness in sobriety. They also encourage and use wellness activities like yoga, massage therapy, beach trips, lighthouse tours, sailing charters, bike rides, baby goat yoga, equine therapy, and canine therapy in their programs.Their team provides partial hospitalization programs (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient care and relapse prevention planning.
Relief Recovery offers help for not only individuals but for families as they seek help for their loved one. They provide group therapy and family therapy so that family members can learn about addiction and process their own emotions. Relief Recovery also provides a young adult program specifically for anyone ages 18-25 who is struggling with substance use disorders.
Clients who come to Relief Recovery for outpatient care can experience the natural, serene beauty around them and a supportive community. Clients from all over the country are encouraged to attend outpatient treatment at Relief because the intake staff can help arrange sober living as they attend flexible yet effective outpatient treatment.
