Reflections Recovery Center is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Wasatch Mountains in central Utah. Reflections Recovery provides a full continuum of care from start to finish including medical detox, residential treatment, outpatient care, and gender-specific sober living homes. Reflections' team of therapists address addiction using a wide variety of holistic treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), family education, family therapy, experiential therapy, art therapy, inner child therapy, and spirituality awareness. Outpatient treatment is offered as a way for clients to participate in continued support after leaving residential treatment. During outpatient treatment, clients can participate in 12-Step meetings and group therapy. They are also required to participate in random drug screenings.
Reflections Recovery offers a home-like estate. The main house has large bedrooms, healing community spaces, and resort-like grounds with mountain views. Reflections Recovery supports physical health by providing transportation to a nearby gym where clients can engage in fitness and yoga classes.
