About Rebel Care

This treatment center offers a virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adolescent girls who struggle with mental health conditions. The program is designed to heal and empower adolescent girls through therapy, peer support and mind-body medicine. This program is intended for girls who have realized that weekly therapy is not enough to manage their symptoms and improve their lives. The girls dive deep with 3 hour sessions, 3 times per week virtually. They are able to go beyond traditional talk therapy and explore a holistic approach to treatment which can include yoga, eye movement therapy (EMDR), mindfulness and breathwork. Not only can the teen girls receive treatment, but their caregivers are also given 1:1 therapy and peer support. The clinicians believe that with the right treatment, the teens can embrace self-love, befriend their shadow side, heal holistically and equip the people around them to be their strongest asset. They treat a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, self-harm, mood disorders, trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder, grief and loss, co-occurring chronic illness, obsessive compulsive disorder, body dysmorphia and more.

Timing varies by facility and bed availability.
