The therapies used include neurofeedback, psychotherapy, heart rate variability training, somatic experiencing, dance therapy, art therapy, music therapy, nervous system regulation, mitochondrial activation, nature therapy, nutrient therapy, osteopathy, psychosomatic release, and optional psychedelic therapy. During the program, clients have 6 private therapy sessions and 6 neurofeedback sessions. This also includes 15 yoga, somatic, or movement therapy sessions and heart rate variability training.
Rē Precision Health has semi-private and private accommodations for their guests. Each room is fully furnished, has an ensuite bathroom, and has access to WIFI. They provide their clients with a variety of luxurious amenities that include an infinity pool, non-inflammatory trained chef and laundry service. And when the client wants to explore the idyllic location, Rē Precision Health has adventure outings that include trips to the beach, exploring the wildlife, hiking, surfing, spa massages, and snorkeling. They provide 3 anti-inflammatory meals a day and snacks.
