Treatment can consist of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and prolonged exposure therapy (PE). In addition, Palm Springs Behavioral Health offers group therapy medication management, mindfulness strategies, and yoga.
