Treatment is highly individualized and can include individual therapy, group therapy, experiential therapy, yoga, meditation, fitness, and nutrition. Pacific Shores provides a structured environment. Weekly requirements include attending 5 12-Step meetings, being present for the house meeting, performing household chores, obtaining a sponsor, and going to school or finding employment. Pacific Shores Recovery alumni are on hand to offer their services and peer support as sponsors for clients. Pacific Shores Recovery is a wonderful place for 12-Step oriented clients.
