Located in sunny Orange County, California, Pacific Sands Recovery blends effective, professional addiction treatment with an understanding staff that has gone through the recovery process themselves. Pacific Sands boasts of a caring and nonjudgmental environment where patients are viewed as unique individuals rather than a number.
The 30-day residential program includes medical detox and treats men and women struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health conditions in a comfortable home setting. Pacific Sands is well equipped to treat addiction and mental health simultaneously with individual therapy, daily process groups, and life skills training. Group therapy is a key component of the program, and patients will engage in a variety of process groups and topics 6-8 hours of the day. Professionals are also welcomed to the program, and if necessary, clients have access to their phones or computers.
Treatment takes place in a warm and welcoming home that can house up to 6 patients. The cozy home has 5 private bedrooms with 1 shared bedroom along with spacious common areas, a large kitchen, and an outdoor lounge with a firepit and plenty of backyard games. Pacific Sands Recovery is accredited by The Joint Commission and accepts most private insurance.
