Staffed by a team of experts, Ocean Hills combines traditional talk therapy with holistic treatment options like equine therapy, yoga, physical exercise, healthy eating, and adequate rest. Guests start the day off practicing gratitude and engaging in recovery readings, followed by a nutritious and delicious breakfast. “On weekends, guests at Ocean Hills follow a more relaxed recovery routine from the busy, therapy-focused weekdays. Yoga, nature walks, biking or bowling and hot pool visits are led by Weekend Programme Facilitator Liz Webster.” Aftercare is just as important as initial treatment, so Ocean Hills alumni meet online to support each other which guided by a professional team. They also encourage guests to attend peer support recovery groups after the initial program.

The cozy home houses up to 4 guests at a time, making the treatment extremely personalized. Bright, sunny rooms along with private bedrooms with queen beds and luxurious linens are all available.
