Clients experience a range of services including individual and couple counseling, family therapy, and nutrition counseling. Holistic therapies, such as auricular acupuncture, mindfulness meditation, massage therapy and qigong, address all aspects of well-being. The facility also integrates evidence-based practices such as compassion focused therapy (CFT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), creating a balanced path toward recovery and health.
Recovery doesn’t stop after primary treatment. The facility offers ongoing support through programs like mindful aftercare group and SMART Recovery, ensuring clients stay connected and accountable.
