About Nextep Men

To educate and create a setting for individuals to recover from addiction, Nextep offers outpatient drug abuse treatment and recovery houses. To assist clients in transitioning from early recovery to independent living, a six-month supported living environment is offered. It has nine sites, is based in Fort Myers, Florida, and bases its 12-step philosophy and rules on its program. Mental health care and practical drug and alcohol recovery are among the services that are all under the supervision of qualified experts. Nextep offers nine gender-specific residences in Lee County, located in peaceful residential neighborhoods in Fort Myers and Cape Coral
Life Skills Preparation
For their sober living program, Clients may anticipate curfews, drug testing, and rigorous adherence to their policies as a resident. Each client is expected to do weekly household duties as allocated and to sustain themselves financially. Clients must be employed, actively looking for work, or enrolled as students in an authorized academic or technical school. Clients benefit from clinical interventions such as individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy sessions, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Clients can enjoy experiential activities such as kayaking, ropes course, art therapy, equine therapy, and boating. Nextep is Joint Commission accredited and accepts insurance.
