“Since 1962 National Capital Treatment and Recovery, formerly Phoenix House Mid-Atlantic, has served more than 40,000 individuals struggling with substance use disorder and continues to be one of the foremost addiction treatment centers in the region.” National Capital Treatment and Recovery provides gender-specific residential treatment in a home-like environment. Clients will undergo an initial assessment either in-person or virtually. The men's residential program provides 24/7 care including medical services, clinical services, supportive services, medication and withdrawal management, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), group therapy, and more. Clients will also engage in daily exercise facilitated by fitness specialist.
The Men's Home is located in Arlington, Virginia. Most clients come from Virginia, Maryland, and the Washington, D.C. area, but referrals from other locations are welcome. National Capital Treatment & Recovery strives to provide programs that are accessible to individuals from all financial backgrounds.
