About Mountain View Recovery

Mountain View Recovery is a full spectrum rehab facility for men and women who are struggling with addictions and the co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients are encouraged to participate in the adventure therapy that includes outings into nature like hiking, rock climbing, walking trails, and going to the local lakes. Mountain View Recovery has two facilities: one is an outpatient facility, and the other is a residential location. Clients have access to intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient programs (OP), Day Treatments (PHP), and residential care. Mountain View Recovery provides clients with access to many different forms of therapy allowing them to find the right fit. The personalized treatment plan includes therapies such as acceptance and commitment (ACT), art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), compassion focuses, adventure therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), experiential therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (MBCT), and trauma-focused therapy.
