Lightfully Thousand Oaks Outpatient is a mental health treatment program for adults with mental health challenges. Their levels of care include a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Both programs are designed to provide individualized and evidence-based care that treats the whole person. Therapy takes place in individual, group, and family settings, with clients receiving 1-2 individual sessions per week, daily group sessions, and several family therapy sessions.
