LifeStream’s mission is to create hope, support recovery, and promote health for people of all ages. The YRCC offers outpatient and short-term (30-45 day stay) residential treatment for youth ages 12-17 residing in Lake County. Including caregivers in the process, they work with youth who are just starting to experiment with substances, use occasionally, or have been using for a longer period. The YRCC offers services to meet the needs of the whole family through person-centered and culturally, linguistically and age-appropriate services. Services include 1-on-1, group, and family therapies, peer support, life skills, aftercare planning, and referrals.
