Life Balance Recovery is an outpatient program offering a blend of holistic and evidence-based therapies for addiction and co-occurring disorder treatment. Based in Spanish Fork, Utah, they offer an intensive outpatient program (IOP), a partial hospitalization program (PHP), a general outpatient program, and optional gender-specific sober living.
