Key Collective mentors and companions are Master’s level professionals who share lived experiences with the clients they are paired with in order to enable genuine connection and trust where clients are able to see themselves in their mentor or companion and build confidence for growth. Additionally, mentors and companions are overseen by a clinician and required to attend monthly clinical trainings to enhance therapeutic work with clients.
