Their IOP program includes 15-25 hours of intense group therapy and 1 hour of individual therapy. Impact Outpatient utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), life skills, employment education, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and 12-Step philosophy with individualized treatment plans .
