Imagine Recovery provides a loving, community environment for those struggling with addiction and mental health concerns. They have several outpatient programs to choose from including partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP), and a sober living home. In addition to treating addiction and co-occurring disorders, Imagine's innovative recovery approach can also treat anxiety, depression, and eating disorders with primary mental health treatment.
Imagine offers a 4-6 week program and 10-week intensive outpatient. PHP is Monday-Friday 10am-3pm. And IOP is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 10am-1pm weekly. The programs are led by licensed clinicians and limited to 10 people, ensuring a small, intimate setting. Evidence-based treatment involves dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) therapy, psychodrama, narrative therapy, life skills, and 12 Step philosophy. Mindfulness is a key component to the program and Imagine incorporates wellness practices through music, art, yoga, and nature.
The 12-week Mental Health Outpatient Program (OP) at Imagine consists of a weekly individual therapy session in addition to a 3-hour therapeutic group with a maximum of 10 participants that is facilitated by two professional therapists. Clients of the OP program engage in DBT phone coaching with clinicians from Imagine, who are reachable by calls and texts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Weekly alumni and aftercare groups, free family education/support, and family and couple counseling are all services we provide.
