Participants engage in a structured treatment program schedule, which includes therapeutic individual and group counseling sessions. Group topics include addiction education, psycho-education, spirituality, relapse prevention, life skills training, and an introduction to 12-Step philosophy. Ignite Recovery Center also provides academic and vocational support to help program participants prepare to achieve their employment and educational goals. Holistic treatments are also implemented, including various mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation, experiential therapy, and nutrition and exercise education.
Ignite Recovery Center’s partial hospitalization program (PHP) meets 6 hours a day, 5 days a week, while the intensive outpatient program (IOP) meets 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. The average length of participation for PHP is 30 days, and 30-90 days for IOP. Ignite Recovery accepts most forms of insurance, and is Joint Commission accredited.
