The center supports residents of Forest, Oneida, and Vilas counties through compassionate mental health, substance use, and developmental disability services. Guided by the mission to offer hope, support, and connection, the center helps individuals and families build stronger foundations for recovery and community well-being across nearly 3,000 square miles of northern Wisconsin.
Through integrated programs, clients receive the right level of care for their recovery journey. Targeted Case Management (TCM) offers short-term support to help adults with major mental conditions access community resources. Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) provide psychosocial rehabilitation for those managing mental health or substance use challenges, while the OWI Program conducts court-ordered assessments and develops Driver’s Safety Plans that combine education and counseling to support responsible choices.
By bridging clients to trusted community partners, the program ensures care continues beyond initial treatment. Referrals to hospitals, schools, and local agencies open doors to ongoing therapy, crisis stabilization, and long-term recovery support.
