HOPESS, which stands for Homes of Personal Enrichment & Sobriety Services, helps adults who are struggling with mental health conditions and addiction by building on their strengths. They treat conditions like depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use through residential treatment, offering 24/7 support in the Rancho Encanto neighborhood with convenient access to I-17.
Clients receive one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and trauma-focused care to help them develop coping mechanisms and resilience. HOPESS also introduces clients to the 12-Step program and uses HeartMath to help clients understand the influence of their emotions and intuition on their heart and overall health.
