It combines traditional 12-step recovery models with evidence-based practices. Some staff members are also trained in advanced techniques like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and emotionally focused therapy (EFT).
Comprehensive Support and Holistic Healing
Along with core treatment methods, HRC offers additional services for holistic healing, including parenting and anger management classes, financial and educational support groups, as well as yoga and life skills training. Clients engage in both on-site and off-site recovery meetings as part of a strong community support system. A counselor and recovery coach guide each client through their journey, ensuring personalized care.
Transitional Living ProgramHarbor House offers structured support for addiction recovery, combining therapy, life skills training, and accountability. It involves individual, group, and family counseling, with a focus on rebuilding stability and encouraging community involvement. Regular check-ins and urine screenings help ensure long-term recovery.
