Designed for men ages 18 and older, the program helps residents build daily routines, strengthen recovery skills, and prepare for long-term sobriety. It serves as an essential bridge between residential care and independent living, with access to peer support and continued clinical guidance.
Residents participate in individual and group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and 12-step engagement while pursuing employment, education, or community service. The program also supports access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT), including methadone maintenance through a partnership with Pinnacle Treatment Center. Certified recovery specialists provide peer-to-peer support and case management to connect residents with housing, healthcare, and other community resources.
The housing environment offers safety, structure, and support for daily growth. Men live in a shared, sober setting where accountability and connection are prioritized.
