Their therapies include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing techniques, contingency management, and more. Loved ones can join Free by the Sea’s monthly family weekend for family counseling, and education on addiction. Clients can also enjoy holistic therapies like yoga, sound healing, and exercise, along with beach activities like swimming, outdoor group meetings, and barbecues.
