Founded in 2011 by parents who understood the need to give their sons an extra push toward independence, the center serves young men ages 18 to 30 struggling with failure to launch. The program treats social anxiety, avoidant personality disorder, depression, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and behavioral dependencies such as gaming and pornography.
Each student receives a customized plan developed with experienced coaches and licensed therapists through one-on-one counseling, group therapy, exposure therapy, and life skills training. The program also includes a Parent Education Platform that supports and guides families as they adjust to the student’s progress. Therapy and coaching combine to promote accountability, emotional growth, and lasting change.
At Forte Strong, students live in well-furnished shared homes designed to mirror real adult living. With private and shared bedrooms, comfortable lounges with cozy sofas, shared bathrooms, and in-home washing machines, the environment fosters responsibility and routine. Even casual activities like table tennis create moments for connection and balance. While working part-time jobs and managing daily tasks, students develop lifelong habits.
