A day a FHE starts with an early morning breakfast at 7 a.m., followed by morning meditation and study with the first group meeting at 9:30 a.m. Individual counseling takes place during the week along with AA, NA, or CA meetings at 9:00 p.m. During free time, clients can work out in a state-of-the-art gym or schedule a massage or acupuncture appointment on site.
The beautiful campus provides apartment-style living with comfortable accommodations. Clients share an apartment with one other roommate, and men and women are housed separately. FHE has a plethora of on-site amenities including a large wellness center, 2 outdoor pools, a basketball court, sand volleyball, and plenty of green space, perfect for soaking in the Florida sun.
