The Evolve therapeutic approach is a combination of modalities, including an evidence-based approach with methods such as 1-on-1 therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing (MI), and a more holistic approach with methods such as structural family therapy mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), and Seeking Safety.
