EOSIS Minnetonka is an outpatient treatment program designed for adults facing substance use and co-occurring disorders, providing a comprehensive continuum of care. EOSIS develops tailored care plans for each patient, using group and individual therapy, skill-building workshops, and educational films and lectures. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers sessions Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to noon and from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., as well as on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Their care team includes licensed alcohol and drug counselors who are trained to guide individuals on their journey to recovery.
