Engage Treatment is an intensive outpatient program (IOP) treating depression and anxiety in youth and young adults ages 10-25. They take an evidence-based approach to treatment with a special focus on family systems and attachment theory. Engage primarily offers group therapy, creating a space for individuals to be vulnerable with one another and develop a support network. To foster the growth of the family relationship, they offer family therapy sessions and a virtual parent support group on a weekly basis.
Engage Treatment provides specialized treatment groups based on age. Their preteen IOP serves children ages 10-12 and incorporates experiential activities to help children be emotionally vulnerable and gain new skills and understanding. The teen IOP serves adolescents ages 13-17 and focuses on developing connections with other adolescents in the program, learning from one another’s experiences. The young adult IOP serves clients ages 18-25 and utilizes dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and art and music therapy helping clients live a more emotionally healthy life. Engage also is LGBTQ+ friendly and offers a special weekly process group for individuals to share with one another in a safe space.
