Empowered Recovery Center provides personally tailored, comprehensive outpatient care for individuals experiencing substance abuse and co-occurring mental health conditions. Empowered takes an individualized and person-centered approach through 3 offered levels of outpatient care. The partial hospitalization program (PHP) is their most intensive and structured program, offering several hours per day of treatment, 5 days per week. Below PHP is the intensive outpatient program (IOP), providing or continuing a similar level of care with fewer hours and days per week. Their third and least intensive form, the outpatient program (OP), offers clients flexible scheduling around their everyday lives and schedules to continue receiving a few hours of treatment and ongoing support per week.

As part of their comprehensive treatment, any client enrolled receives free aftercare support and recovery coaching for a period of 1 year, during which clients can return to treatment at no cost in the case of a relapse.
