Discovery Mood & Anxiety Program Fairfax is an outpatient program treating mental health conditions in clients ages 11 and older. They offer a partial hospitalization program (PHP), an intensive outpatient program (IOP), and a specialized stars and stripes program for military clients. Clients are treated on an individual basis, with their unique needs being taken into consideration to help them best achieve their recovery goals.
