Treatment begins with a clinical assessment to guide the appropriate approach. Crossroads Beaver offers medication-assisted treatment (MAT) using Sublocade, Brixadi, and Vivitrol (injections), as well as Buprenorphine (prescription). Clients also participate in care coordination to help them meet their social and medical needs, available in person or virtually. Hepatitis C treatment is also available at Crossroads.
