Creekview Counseling, located along the Texas Coastal Bend, offers an intensive outpatient program (IOP) for adults struggling with substance use and addiction. The program is held 4 days a week. In addition to group therapy, participants receive weekly individual counseling sessions with their primary therapist.
Creekview’s IOP topics cover relapse prevention, meditation and mindfulness, developing health boundaries, family support, self-care, recovery planning, and more. The program is rooted in 12-step philosophy.
