Compass Health Center helps clients navigate mental health disorders using evidence-based talk therapies and some experiential therapies. They can facilitate either a harm reduction approach or an abstinence-based approach to substance use. Compass can administer Suboxone, Vivitrol, or naltrexone to reduce cravings.
