Since 1997, Center for Discovery has been treating eating disorders using evidence-based therapies supported by research. The Thousand Oaks residential program treats clients 18+ of all genders with primary eating disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Center for Discovery offers a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure & response prevention (ERP), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
