About Center for Discovery Greenwich

Center for Discovery is an eating disorder treatment program with over 25 years of experience in using evidence-based therapies to treat adolescent and adult clients. Their expert staff are trauma-focused, body-positive, and uphold the principles of Health at Every Size® (HAES®). Alongside the evidence-based therapies, clients receive nutrition education, yoga therapy, art therapy, and a peer mentor to help with the transition into the program.
Staff at the Center for Discovery are evidence-based practitioners that offer a variety of therapies including dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and exposure & response prevention (ERP). ERP is an effective therapeutic method in the treatment of anxiety and eating disorders.
